Access to over 2000 patient information sheets from more than 30 specialties in up to 20 languages. Our network of medical authors and legal consultants always ensures that educational content is both medically and legally up to date.
The patient information sheets can be updated either online or offline.
Thanks to patients recording their medical history digitally, doctors have more time for individual discussions with their patients.
The medical history questions are available in many foreign languages.
The optional integration of suitable educational films from 16 specialties leads to greater patient satisfaction thanks to a better understanding of their procedure.
The educational films are available in different languages and/or with different subtitles.
After opening a completed patient information sheet, you will receive an overview of the patient data.
If the information sheet contains questions, the doctors are shown the patient's risk-relevant answers grouped according to the following areas: diagnoses, operations, medication and other information.
Doctors can therefore see the medical history questions that have been answered before the consultation.
The doctors can customize the information sheet during the doctor-patient consultation. In the media area, you can view the images contained in the information sheet, add drawings to the images, create freehand sketches, take photos for documentation and play back films.
The electronic signature of the doctor and patient with pressure strength measurement has a comparable evidential value to signed paper documents. With the technology used in E-ConsentPro, the electronic signature consists of two components: a static image and biometric features.
The electronic signature is also encrypted and permanently linked to the signed document so that the document cannot be manipulated.
E-ConsentPro software includes a comprehensive package for interfacing to leading systems. For example, the connection to hospital or doctor information systems enables a direct transfer of patient data into the software. In addition, the information sheets can be digitally archived as PDF/A documents via connection to an archive system.
In 2017, E-ConsentPro Mobile software users at three large clinics were surveyed. Both doctors and patients rated the use positively. Older patients in particular benefited from digital patient education on a tablet. Most of the doctors rated the operation and comfort of E-ConsentPro Mobile as very good to fairly good.
