With E-ConsentPro Documents, you can integrate your own documents into the digital workflow – paperless from processing to archiving. The documents are prepared by Thieme Compliance and made available digitally. Patients fill them out directly on a tablet and sign them. Finally, a PDF/A document is generated for secure archiving.
FHIR interface: pre-completed documents from the hospital information system can also be transmitted via FHIR and read and signed by patients on a tablet.

Your documents are available in the E-ConsentPro software. They are prepared and made available by Thieme Compliance or transferred from the hospital information system via the FHIR interface (completed in advance). You can assign multiple documents per patient, and the patient data is transferred directly.
The app is clear and easy to use. Text fields and checkboxes can be filled in, and handwritten comments are possible. No data is stored on the mobile device. The status of the documents can be viewed at any time.
The completed documents are signed electronically and then a PDF/A document is generated for secure archiving. You can also send your patients the signed documents by email.
