E-ConsentPro documents ermöglicht optimierte Prozesse und sichere Dokumentation im gesamten Einwilligungsmanagement.

Im digitalen Workflow werden eigene Dokumente, wie beispielsweise Datenschutz- oder Zusatzvereinbarungen einfach und transparent bearbeitet, unterschrieben und archiviert.

NEU: Ab sofort stehen Ihnen in E-ConsentPro documents nach einer Bogenaktualisierung verschiedene Vorlagen aus der DKG-Broschüre zur Verfügung. Mehr dazu finden Sie in unserer Quick-Start Anleitung 


Overview of E-ConsentPro Documents Functions

All documents available digitally

Your documents are available in the E-ConsentPro software. They are prepared and made available by Thieme Compliance or transferred from the hospital information system via the FHIR interface (completed in advance). You can assign multiple documents per patient, and the patient data is transferred directly.

Digital document processing

The app is clear and easy to use. Text fields and checkboxes can be filled in, and handwritten comments are possible. No data is stored on the mobile device. The status of the documents can be viewed at any time.

Documents signed electronically

The completed documents are signed electronically and then a PDF/A document is generated for secure archiving. You can also send your patients the signed documents by email.
